My grandfathers, despite their humble beginnings, embodied values of hard work, integrity, and delivering value. One was a day laborer who supported his family through grueling work, enabling three of his children to become first-generation college graduates. The other, an Army interrogator and boxer, leveraged his language skills and discipline to rise above his circumstances. Both valued hard work for its own sake, not for recognition or reward, and sought honest exchanges in business—values rooted in community, accountability, and trust.

These principles inspired me to co-found Transformation Continuum, a company focused on delivering value over profit. This year we will double in annual revenue by prioritizing customer satisfaction, employee growth, and accountability, even when it costs us.
